Prop.com, the real estate investment and asset manager, backed by Welfare Group, has entered into a multi-year sponsorship agreement with Dutch racing driver Huub van Eijndhoven, who competes for the Dutch outfit GP Elite. The partnership covers the 2025 and 2026 motorsport seasons and will see the Prop.com brand carried prominently on van Eijndhoven’s Porsche 992 GT3 Cup car and race overalls throughout both campaigns.
In 2025, van Eijndhoven will contest 16 race weekends across two of the most competitive single-make championships in international motorsport: eight rounds of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup, racing as a support series to Formula 1, and eight rounds of the Porsche Sixt Carrera Cup Deutschland, supporting the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the Deutsche Tourenwagen-Masters (DTM). The Prop.com logo will appear on both doors and the bonnet of the car, as well as on the driver’s race suit. The team and championship line-up for the 2026 season will be confirmed in due course.
Robin Ubaghs, Chairman and Co-Founder of Welfare Group and CEO of Prop.com, said:
“Racing operates at the sharp end of engineering precision, discipline and performance under pressure. These are all values that we share with Huub, and we are proud to back him through the 2025 and 2026 seasons.”
Huub van Eijndhoven added:
“Having Prop.com on the car for the next two seasons is a huge boost. Racing at this level only happens with partners who genuinely believe in the project, and from the first conversation it was clear that Robin and the team understand what it takes to compete at the cutting edge.”

The 2025 Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup season is already under way, with van Eijndhoven and the GP Elite team contesting rounds alongside the Formula 1 calendar across Europe.
